This book was written by Roald Dahl and he has written a lot of books. in the beginning, a girl (I forgot her name) gets super mad and uses her magic finger on her neighbors (the people that made her mad). Her neighbors turn into ducks, avoiding being shot. They also only can get a few tiny bites of apple (because they don't want to eat worms). At the end, they turn back to normal! This is the shortest chapter book I have ever read!
